I am allergic to a certain infusion of oils, can I still buy?
Yes, our products contain different infusions that go according to the needs of you, our clients.
I suffer from very dry lips, what lip gloss do you recommend?
All our lip glosses contribute significantly to the hydration of the lips, but to obtain that sensation of hydration to very dry lips we recommend those that contain infusion of coconut oil and almonds.
What are the benefits of coconut oil?
Coconut oil is an essential oil that contains moisturizing properties which helps our lips 𝐍𝐎 to be dry and maintain a healthy level of hydration. It also has antioxidant properties, which helps our lips absorb the vitamins and minerals it needs to function properly.
Does grape oil have the same benefits as coconut oil?
Yes, and at the same time no. Both oils have hydrating properties, but grapeseed oil is high in fatty acids, which stimulates the collagen of the lips and has deep hydration.
Are the lip glosses "sticky"?
One of the main characteristics of our lip gloss is that they are NOT sticky, our oil infusions allow our product to be light, moisturizing and comfortable for your lips.
How do I know if the lip gloss has color?
In our descriptions the specification is available, if it contains pigment or not. The latter mentioned is what is responsible for giving color to our lip glosses.
What are the most popular smells?
How long does the lip gloss last after applying it?
It all depends on what you do after applying it, normally it can last about 35 minutes intact. However, the hydration that it offers is all day.
Where does Fierce Potions ship?
Fierce Potions currently ships to the 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, the UK, the Republic of Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, and France. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and remote areas in Canada.

We offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can't.
PS: Standard shipping is free when you spend $35 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Please note, We only offer Rush Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

When will my order ship?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
I'm having problems with the tracking.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via firstname.lastname@example.org . We can give you the inside info.

What skin types are Fierce Potions products suitable for?
Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and formulated without parabens.
Will my product melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc.?
If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker or thinner texture.
While the products don’t have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended that they be used within 3 years of manufacture or 6 months after opening for best product quality...but we think you’ll love them so much that this won’t even be an issue.
Are you cruelty free?
We’re committed to being cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards. We are proud to share that our products are certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny, the only internationally recognized certification organization for cruelty-free companies. Being Leaping Bunny certified also means we’ll have regular independent audits to ensure we’re compliant.
Can I sell the products on my own site?
